Bicycle Racks. The Employer shall provide secure bicycle racks for those employees who require same.
Bicycle Racks. The Parking Manager shall:
(a) Monitor the bicycle racks;
(b) Provide notification to the Operations Committee via the Daily Parking Operations Log of any equipment issues;
(c) Manage vendor warranties; and
(d) Execute service, repair, and maintenance work.
Bicycle Racks. The City of Milwaukee Street Maintenance Section will be responsible for the removal and replacement of bicycle racks impacted by water main installation. The Contractor, in coordination with City Inspection Staff, must notify Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Street & Bridge Services Manager, at 000-000-0000, a minimum of five (5) days prior to construction activities impacting the bicycle rack. The Contractor is responsible for any damage to bicycle racks due to neglecting to have them relocated.
Bicycle Racks. All commercial areas, trail heads, and public gathering places shall have bicycle racks equal to 5% of the parking provided for automobiles per LDO §12.7 in number and location as approved by TRC.
Bicycle Racks i. All bike racks must:
(a) Be a fixed-in-place stand that is securely anchored to the ground;
(b) Provide support to the bicycle frame, allowing it to stand upright without the use of a kick-stand, and prevent the bicycle from falling over;
(c) Be configured to provide two points of contact to allow locking of the frame and at least one wheel with a user-provided locking device;
(d) Be constructed of materials that resist cutting, rusting, bending, or deformation; and
(e) Be arranged in rows (with bicycles parked side-by-side) or in alignment (with bicycles parked end-to-end).
Bicycle Racks a Licensee may enroll in the City of Kelowna’s bicycle rack program for installation by the City within the Licensee’s Permit Area. A bike rack may not be installed by a licensee that protrudes into the surface of the Lane (no anchoring).

Bicycle Racks. Landlord shall provide bicycle racks to accommodate an adequate number of bicycles (as reasonably determined by Tenant) in the Parking Area and shall not charge for use therefor
Bicycle Racks. Bicycle storage racks and shelter are provided outside the building at no charge for present tenants. Abandoned Bicycle will be removed and disposed. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored anywhere inside the building, without specific authorization of the Landlord. An $80 fee will be assessed if a bicycle is found to be inside the building. You also shall be liable for all damages, (walls, doors & carpets) which occur as a result of violation of this rule.
