Common use of Lease in Full Force and Effect Clause in Contracts

Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except as amended hereby, all the terms and provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. Without limitation of the foregoing, the terms of Section 44 of the Original Lease shall apply to this Amendment and to the Lease, as modified hereby.
