Lease; Land. Landlord and Tenant entered into a Ground Lease (“Lease”) dated as of the Agreement Date for the Land in Lincoln County, North Carolina described on Exhibit A.
Lease; Land. 5.1 Subject to clause 2.11, within ten (10) days of the Developer Status Attainment Date or within sixty (60) days of the Execution Date, which ever is later, the GoK shall lease the Lease Land to the SPV by execution and registration of the Lease Deed for a term of ninety- nine (99) years for the purpose of developing the same along with the other lands under the Development Plan.
