Common use of Lease Limits Clause in Contracts

Lease Limits. Borrower will not and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly to become or remain liable in any way, whether directly or by assignment or as a guarantor or other surety, for the obligations of the lessee under any operating lease, synthetic lease or similar off-balance sheet financing, if the aggregate amount of all rents (or substantially equivalent payments) paid by Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries under all such leases would exceed $8,000,000 (or the equivalent thereof in another currency) in any fiscal year of Borrower.
