LEASE NOT TO BE RECORDED. Tenant agrees that it will not record this Lease. Both Parties shall, upon the request of either, execute and deliver a notice of this Lease in such form, if any, as may be permitted by Applicable Laws. If this Lease is terminated before the Expiration Date, then the Parties shall execute, deliver and record an instrument acknowledging such fact and the actual date of termination of this Lease.
