Lease of Aircraft. Lessor hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft to Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft from Lessor from time to time, on a non-continuous and non-exclusive basis, subject to the Applicable FAR and the terms and conditions set forth herein. Each flight made under this Agreement, including delivery or redelivery of the Aircraft to the Home Base or to such other location as the Parties may otherwise agree, shall be referred to herein as a “Time Sharing Flight.”
