Lease of Equipment; Provider of Leasing Services. If you are leasing Equipment, these Lease terms apply. PBI is the manufacturer of the Equipment. PBGFS provides you with the leasing services. The term of this Lease is the number of months stated on the Order (the “Lease Term”). You may not cancel this Lease for any reason and all payment obligations under this Lease are unconditional. You understand that we own the Equipment. PBI owns any Meter as USPS regulations require. Except as stated in Section 13, you don’t have the right to become the owner of the Equipment at the end of the Lease Term.
