Equipment Location. The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.
Equipment Location. This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.
Equipment Location. Landlord reserves the right to specify where Tenant’s business machines, mechanical equipment and heavy objects will be placed in the Premises in order to best absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance to other tenants, and to prevent damage to the Building. Tenant will pay the cost of any required professional engineering certification or assistance.
Equipment Location. Lessee shall keep and use the Equipment at the Lessee address location as specified below. However, Lessee may move the Equipment to another location upon informing the Lessor of the new location. Equipment Maintenance Lessee must maintain and use the Equipment in compliance with all laws and regulations and in accordance with a manufacturer-approved maintenance program or agreement. If the Equipment malfunctions, is damaged, lost or stolen, Lessee agrees to continue to make all payments due under this Lease Agreement and each Schedule. This does not limit nor eliminate any rights or remedies Lessee may have against the Equipment manufacturer or supplier related to Equipment malfunction.
Equipment Location. Landlord may specify the location of any of Tenant’s Business machines, mechanical equipment or other property that are unusually heavy, may damage the Building, or may cause vibration, noise or annoyance to other tenants. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for any professional engineering certification or assistance reasonably required to determine the location of these items.
Equipment Location. The Equipment shall at all times be installed or located at the location specified in Annex A or in the applicable Certificate of Acceptance, or such other location as is permitted under the Agreement.

The Customer shall not allow or cause any facility or equipment of WVF or WVF providers to be rearranged, moved, modified, damaged, repaired, or relocated without WVF’s written consent. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the equipment, wiring, space, and associated facilities, conduit and rights-of-way are protected against fire, theft, vandalism, or other casualty and that the use thereof complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and contractual obligations. Customer will not create or allow any liens or other encumbrances to be placed on any such facilities or equipment of WVF or WVF Providers. If Customer relocates or changes the place of the Service provided under any Service Order, Customer will pay all additional installation and related charges associated with such relocation. All WVF equipment or WVF provider equipment shall be returned to WVF in good condition upon termination of this Agreement. Charges for equipment will accrue until equipment is returned. Customer shall be charged for all damaged equipment. WVF will replace or repair WVF equipment and facilities in its sole discretion. WVF will not provide replacement for defects or deficiencies in WVF Equipment or Service which are caused by: • External causes including natural disaster, fire, accident, neglect, misuse, vandalism, water, lightning, power surge or spike; • The use of any Equipment for other than its intended purpose; • The use with or connection of any Equipment to items not approved by WVF; • The performance of maintenance or attempted repair by persons other than WVF or as authorized by WVF; • Changes made to the deliverables created by performance of the Service or to the operating environment; • the relocation of Equipment by the Customer; or • Any configuration or reconfiguration by the Customer of the Equipment.
Equipment Location. The address of the Equipment Location is a bona fide business address.
Equipment Location. You may not move our Customer Use Equipment to any location other than the location where you initially received the Services without the express written consent of SKITTER. This is true even if you have moved to a new location and continue to pay us for the Services.
