Lease of Property For Lease Term. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord for the Lease Term. The Lease Term is for the period stated in Section 1.01(k) above and shall begin and end on the dates specified in Section 1.01(k) above. The "Commencement Date" shall be the date specified in Section 1.01(c) above for the beginning of the Lease Term.
