Common use of Lease or Lease Agreement Clause in Contracts

Lease or Lease Agreement. Each and every installment sales agreement, equipment lease or rental agreement (including progress payment authorizations) to which a Container is subject and shall include (1) all rental payments to be made by the Lessee thereunder, (2) all rights of the lessor thereunder, and (3) any and all amendments, renewals or extensions thereof.
