Common use of Lease Payment Clause in Contracts

Lease Payment. In consideration of the Lessor's lease of the Property to the Lessee the Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor the sum stated above. Lessee's obligation to pay the Lease fee shall not be affected by any inability or reduced ability to make productive use of the Property because of weather, soil or any other condition – natural or man-made.
