Lease Period and Rent. 3.1 The validity of the Agreement during the lease period may not be affected by delay of delivery or the acceptance provision as set forth in Subsection 2.2 and 2.3. The rent must calculated starting on the payment date specified in the Leased Items page and ending on the final installment of rent and satisfaction of all expenses paid to the Lessor hereunder.
