Lease Period. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 24 months, which commenced on September 28, 2021. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on August 29, 2022.
Lease Period. 2.2.1 The LEASE is hereby granted in favour of the Lessee for a total period of 2.2.2 At the end of the Lease Period or sooner determination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever all rights given under this Lease Agreement shall cease to have effect and the Leased Area with all the furniture and fixtures and other assets permanently attached to the Leased Area shall revert to DMRC without any obligation on part of DMRC to pay or adjust any consideration or other payment to the Lessee. The Lessee voluntarily gives DMRC the right to seal the said Leased Space(s) and remarket the same as part on its discretion upon Termination of this Agreement. No claim, compensation or damages will be entertained by DMRC on this account . 2.3 Restriction on sub-leasing the use of the Leased Area or any part thereof 2.3.1 Subsequent to Moratorium Period, the Lessee shall be entitled to allow the use of the Leased Area through a sub-leasing arrangement to Sub-Lessee/s subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Sub- Leasing Agreement and subject to all Applicable Laws. 2.3.2 The Lessee shall be entitled to sub lease the use of the Leased Area, during the subsistence of this Agreement only with a clear stipulation that the leases granted to the Sub-Lessees shall terminate simultaneously with the Termination of this Lease Agreement including on sooner determination of the Lease granted hereunder for any reason whatsoever. All contracts, agreements or arrangements with Sub-Lessees shall specifically stipulate this covenant of Termination of the Sub-Lessees rights and further that the Sub-Lessee shall not have any claim whatsoever against DMRC for any such Termination. 2.3.3 The Lessee shall prepare a draft standard format of the sub lease agreement or arrangement, which the Lessee will be required to sign with the Sub Lessee for the use of the Leased Area (hereinafter referred to as “Sub-Lease Agreement”), which shall capture all the terms of sub-leasing as stipulated in this Agreement. The Lessee shall furnish the draft of such agreement to DMRC for modification or suggestion and approval. DMRC shall be entitled to incorporate such clauses, as DMRC may consider appropriate to protect DMRC’s interest. 2.3.4 The Lessee shall enter into Sub-Lease Agreement strictly as per the draft approved by DMRC and the Lessee shall not incorporate or change the Sub- Lease Agreement that would have any adverse effect on the covenants incorporated by DMRC. Lease Period. 1. The LESSOR shall provide the LESSEE with at least secured parking slots exclusively for the LESSEE, free of charge. 2. Food and Beverages ordered by the LESSEE, the employees, guests and players at the Leased Premises from the food and dining establishments owned and/or operated by the LESSOR shall be given a twenty (20%) discount on the published rates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LESSEE may serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks from its own stock. 3. The LESSEE may operate a souvenir shop with the Leased Premises to sell candies, cigarettes, and other souvenir items to its patrons. 4. The LESSOR shall provide the LESSEE a complimentary room per day at its hotel during the effectivity of this Contract. The Lessor may lease, with prior approval of the LESSEE, the said complimentary room in the rent that the LESSOR requires additional rooms for its hotel operations. The lease rate paid by the LESSOR to the LESSEE for the said room shall in no case be lower than the LESSORs published room rates. 5. Subject to the availability of rooms, in the event that the LESSEE should require additional rooms, the LESSOR shall give top priority to the request and provide the LESSOR with sufficient hotel rooms and/or suites at a twenty percent (20%) discount of the prevailing published room rates. 6. The LESSEE’s guests shall be accorded the same courtesy and facilities provided by the LESSOR to its own hotel guests. 7. The LESSOR shall submit the following documents to the LESSEE upon the execution of this Contract of Lease: a. Building Permit; b. Occupancy Permit; c. Certificate of Structural Stability; d. Electrical Permit; e. Generator Permit to Operate; f. Elevator Permit to Operate; and g. Electrical, mechanical plumbing, and sanitary as built plans. The submission of the aforementioned documents shall be a condition precedent for the payment of the Advance Rental and Monthly Rentals and the remittance of the Security Deposit.
Lease PeriodThe Lessor agrees to permit the Lessee to make use of the leased premises under this agreement for the period prescribed in Appendix A.
Lease Period. 1. The Contract of Lease shall be for a period of three (3) years from the time of delivery by the LESSOR of the Leased Premises and its acceptance, in writing, by the LESSEE, as indicated in a Certificate of Acceptance to be issued by the LESSEE. 2. Unless the parties agree to an extension of the period of the lease, in accordance with law, the LESSEE shall peacefully vacate the Leased Premises and return or surrender the same to the LESSOR within 60 days from the date of expiration of this Contract of Lease in as good condition as reasonable wear and tear will permit, and without delay whatsoever, devoid of all occupants, furniture, articles and effects of any kind, other than such alterations, additions, installations, or improvements, except permanent improvements, as may be allowed, in accordance with Article IX of this Contract of Lease.
Lease Period a. This Land Sub Lease Agreement shall be for useful life of the plant i.e. 25 years from the date of obtaining concurrence from KERC on the draft PPA with provision for further extension on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by both the parties in writing. In case of termination of existing PPA and/ or Implementation & Support Agreement for the reasons attributable to SPD, this Agreement stands terminated automatically in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 & 12 of this Agreement.

Lease Period. 1. The Contract shall be for a period of six (6) years counted from the time of delivery by the LESSOR of the Leased Premises and its acceptance, in writing, by the LESSEE as indicated in a Certificate of Acceptance to be issued by the LESSEE up to June 30, 2023 or upon exhaustion of the contract amount (as per ITB No. NPLRP17- ), based on the income sharing scheme (65/35), whichever comes first. 2. The LESSEE may pre-terminate the lease, for any cause, without incurringany obligation whatsoever, such as ,but not limited to, the payment of the rentals for the remaining period of the lease, if any, by giving the LESSOR a sixty (60) day written notice. 3. This Contract of Lease maybe renewed by the parties upon mutual agreement in writing and upon such other terms as may be agreed upon by both parties,in accordance with law and the applicable government procurement rules and regulations. In case of a renewal, a written notice to renew the Contract of Lease shall be served by the LESSEE to the LESSOR at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the original term of the lease. 4. Unless the parties agree to an extension of the period of the lease ,in accordance with law, the LESSEE shall peacefully vacate the Leased Premises and return the same to the LESSOR within sixty(60)days from the date of termination/expiration of this Contract of Lease in as good condition as reasonable wear and tear will permit and without delay whatsoever, devoid of all occupants, furniture, articles and effects of any kind other than such alterations, additions, installations or improvements that the LESSEE may elect to remove, without causing damage to the Leased Premises and permanent improvements.
Lease Period. NRANVP hereby vests the Leased Land unto the Lessee under the terms of this Agreement for the period of lease which shall be 30 (Thirty) years initially commencing from the _____ by efflux of time”, The Lease, after expiry of the initial Lease Period, shall be renewed for another two successive term of 30 years aggregating to a total of 90 (Ninety) years from the date of signing of Agreement subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by the Lessee. Lease Period. A. This lease is for the entire academic year or the balance thereof that begins August 19, 2018, and ends on May 3, 2019. Students who graduate before completion of the academic year may be released from this lease by completing the Housing Exemption Request Form with University Housing and vacating their space by December 14, 2018. All other students choosing not to return to University Housing for the spring 2019 semester will be assessed the $425 lease buy out fee, must forfeit the deposit, and must check out of University Housing by December 14, 2018, to avoid winter break housing fees. B. The last day to check in to a student assignment is 5:00 pm on the first day of classes, unless special arrangements are made with University Housing. Leases of students not checked in by this time are subject to cancellation in accordance with Section VII, part C. C. University Housing will close most of the residence halls between fall and spring semesters, as well as during spring break. Break Housing is available upon request for an additional fee. Anyone permitted to remain in the residence halls during the break may be required to move to a temporary assignment and will be assessed Break Housing fees. Apartments, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and Greek Village will remain open during these breaks. D. Students are required to vacate University Housing within 24 hours after completion of their last scheduled final examination at the end of each semester or by the official University Housing closing time and date, whichever is earlier.
