Lease Period. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which commenced on April 21, 2023. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement III is 36 months, which commenced on September 22, 2023. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement IV is 36 months, which commenced on November 30, 2023. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement V is 36 months, which commenced on February 27, 2024. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement VI is 36 months, which shall commence on April 17, 2024.
Lease Period. 1. The Contract of Lease shall be for a period of three (3) years from the time of delivery by the LESSOR of the Leased Premises and its acceptance, in writing, by the LESSEE, as indicated in a Certificate of Acceptance to be issued by the LESSEE.
Lease Period. 1. The LESSOR shall provide the LESSEE with at least secured parking slots exclusively for the LESSEE, free of charge.

This Land Sub Lease Agreement shall be for useful life of the plant i.e. 25 years from the date of obtaining concurrence from KERC on the draft PPA with provision for further extension on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by both the parties in writing. In case of termination of existing PPA and/ or Implementation & Support Agreement for the reasons attributable to SPD, this Agreement stands terminated automatically in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 & 12 of this Agreement.
Lease Period. A. This lease is for the entire academic year or the balance thereof that begins August 19, 2023, and ends on May 4, 2024. Students who graduate before completion of the academic year may be released from this lease by completing the Housing Exemption Request Form with University Housing and vacating their space by December 15, 2023. All other students choosing not to return to University Housing for the Spring 2024 semester will be assessed the $425 lease buy-out fee, must forfeit the deposit, and must check out of University Housing by December 15, 2023, to avoid winter break housing fees.

This Land Lease Agreement shall be for useful life of the plant i.e. 25 years from the date of scheduled commercial operation (SCOD) of the project with provision for further extension on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by both the parties in writing. In case of termination of existing PPA and/ or Implementation & Support Agreement due to any reason thereof, this Agreement stands terminated automatically.
Lease Period. The Lease shall commence on the Commencement Date (per the Offer Schedule) and shall continue for the period of 1 (one) year. In the event that the Tenant takes occupation prior to the Commencement Date, then the Tenant shall be liable for pro-rata Gross Monthly Rental for the period between the occupation date and the Commencement Date. If the Landlord is unable to give the Tenant access to the Premises on the Commencement Date, the Tenant shall have no claim for damages, nor shall the Tenant have a right of cancellation without first having afforded the Landlord two calendar weeks-notice to remedy such breach and shall accept access on such later date on which the Premises are available. In the event of such a delay, the Landlord shall rebate to the Tenant an amount equal to the pro-rata Gross Monthly Rental for the period between the Commencement Date of the lease and day on which the Tenant was provide occupation by the Landlord.
