Lease Procedure: Spare Parts Leased. At the Lessee’s request by telephone (to be confirmed promptly in writing), facsimile, letter or other written instrument, the Lessor will lease Leased Parts, which will be made available in accordance with Paragraph 4.2.3 of this Letter Agreement 1, to the Lessee as substitutes for parts removed from an Aircraft for repair or overhaul. Each lease of Leased Parts will be evidenced by a lease document (“Lease”) issued by the Lessor to the Lessee no later than seven (7) business days after delivery of the Leased Part.
