Common use of Lease Ratified Clause in Contracts

Lease Ratified. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Existing Lease and all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Lease Ratified. Except as modified by this Third Amendment, the Existing Lease and all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

Lease Ratified. Except as modified by this Amendmentherein amended and modified, the Existing Lease is hereby ratified and confirmed and all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions thereof shall other provisions of the Lease will remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflicts between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of the Lease, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and are hereby ratified and confirmedprevail.

Lease Ratified. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Existing Current Lease and all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed. Tenant further acknowledges that as of this date, it has no claims against Landlord involving this Lease, Amendment and related documents and agreements.

Lease Ratified. Except as modified expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms, conditions and provisions of the Existing Original Lease are hereby ratified and all covenants, agreements, terms confirmed and conditions thereof shall remain continue in full force and effect, and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
