Common use of Lease Records Clause in Contracts

Lease Records. Original copies of all Leases, and related documents in the possession or under the control of Seller. Such records shall include a schedule of all cash security deposits (including pet deposits and interest, if any) and a check to Buyer or credit against the Purchase Price in the amount of such security deposits (including pet deposits and interest, if any) held by Seller at the Closing under the Leases together with appropriate instruments of transfer or assignment with respect to any lease securities which are other than cash and a schedule updating the Rent Roll and setting forth all arrears in rents and all prepayments of rents.
