Common use of Lease Rent Clause in Contracts

Lease Rent. The Allottee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the land comprised within the Bungalow for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.

Lease Rent. The Allottee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the land comprised within saleable area of the Bungalow Plot equivalent to sq. mtrs. for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.

The Allottee Allottee/Transferee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the land comprised within the Bungalow Land for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.

The Allottee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the undivided, proportionate, impartial and singly non‐ transferable share in the land comprised within in the Bungalow said Land for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.Head

The Allottee Allottee/Transferee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the undivided, proportionate, impartial and singly non-transferable share in the land comprised within in the Bungalow Smart Homes Zone for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.

The Allottee Allottee/Transferee shall pay the rental charges under the Head Lease to the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) in respect of the the undivided, proportionate, impartial and singly non-transferable share in the land comprised within in the Bungalow Xxxxx Land for the residue period of the Head Lease as also its renewals, if any, to be revised upwards of every 5 (five) years as contained in the Head Lease without any deductions of whatsoever nature and/or kind.
