To the extent that the Lease Revenue Fund qualifies as a Bona Fide Debt Service Fund, money in such fund may be invested without Yield restriction for 13 months after the date of deposit. Earnings on such amounts may be invested without Yield restriction for one year after the date of receipt of such earnings.
