LEASE TO CONTROL. All of the terms, conditions, provisions and covenants of the Lease are incorporated in this Memorandum by reference as though written out at length herein and both the Lease and this Memorandum shall be deemed to constitute a single instrument or document. If any inconsistency shall exist between the Lease and this Memorandum, the Lease shall control. This Memorandum and the Lease, and the covenants and agreements herein and therein contained, shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns.
LEASE TO CONTROL. If there should be any conflict between the provisions of the Rules and Regulations and the Lease Agreement, the Lease Agreement shall control. EXHIBIT D WORKLETTER This work letter is part of the Lease dated _________, 19__, between ____________, as Tenant, and _______________, as Landlord, and shall be subject to all of the terms, definitions and conditions of the Lease.
