Aircraft The Airframe to be sold by AVSA to the Owner Trustee as provided in the Participation Agreement and to be leased under the Lease (or any permitted substitute airframe thereunder) together with two Engines (whether either is an initial Engine or a Replacement Engine) whether or not any of such initial or Replacement Engines may from time to time be installed on such Airframe or may be installed on any other airframe or on any other aircraft, including any aircraft substituted pursuant to Section 11.03
Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.
Equipment Leases Landlord shall enter into such leases of equipment and personal property as Tenant may reasonably request from time to time, provided that the form and substance thereof shall be reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall prepare and deliver to Landlord all such lease documents for which Landlord's execution is necessary and Landlord shall promptly, upon approval thereof, execute and deliver such documents to Tenant. Tenant shall, throughout the Term, be responsible for performing all of Landlord's obligations under all such documents and agreements.
Vehicles Each Financed Vehicle to which a Designated Receivable relates was a new or used medium or heavy duty truck, truck chassis, bus or trailer at the time the related Obligor executed the Retail Note.
Vehicle Pursuant to the Company's policy for use of vehicles by executives, Executive shall be provided the use of a leased vehicle. Unless the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause or by the Executive pursuant to Section 5(c), Executive shall be permitted to drive his Company vehicle for the duration of the 12-month period following termination; at the end of such 12-month period, Executive will be permitted to purchase his Company vehicle at book value as of such date.
Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor. Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
Equipment; Leasehold (a) All material items of equipment and other tangible assets owned by or leased to the Company are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are in good condition and repair (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and are adequate for the conduct of the Company's business in the manner in which such business is currently being conducted.
Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.
Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.
