Common use of Leased Property Security Clause in Contracts

Leased Property Security. TBF shall provide on-site security and crowd management at the Leased Property as provided in the Camping and Parking Plan. TBF shall provide these services from August 14, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. through the termination of this Agreement at a minimum. If TBF personnel observe any illegal or criminal acts, they shall report such activity immediately to the Boulder County Sheriff personnel. TBF shall arrange for and shall maintain and provide radio communication between its own security force and the Boulder County Sheriff's Department.
