Leasehold Mortgagee Need Not Cure Specified Defaults. Nothing ---------------------------------------------------- herein contained shall require any Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee as a condition to its exercise of right hereunder to cure any default of Developer which cannot be cured by such Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee, in order to comply with the provisions of subsections 4.6 or 4.7 or as a condition of entering into the New Lease provided for by subsection 4.8.
