LEASES, LICENCES, EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY. The Territory shall use its best endeavours to grant or cause to be granted to the Company, upon such terms and conditions as shall be agreed upon in writing between the parties, mining tenements, licences, easements and rights of way reasonably required or incidental to the construction and operation by the Company of the XxXxxxxx River Project, for a term terminating no later than the termination or expiration of the Mineral Leases or any renewals of the Mineral Leases.
