Common use of Leases or Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for Facility Leases listed in Disclosure Schedule 4.5, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility, or any real property of the Company or any portion thereof or interest in any such Facility or real property.

Except for Facility Leases listed in on Schedule 3.7 of the Disclosure Schedule 4.5Schedules, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person Person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility, or any real property of the Company or any portion thereof or interest in any such Facility or real property.
