RESPECT FOR OTHERS. 3.1 You, those living with you, and your visitors, must not harass or act in an anti- social manner to, or pursue a course of anti-social conduct against, any person in the neighbourhood. Such people include residents, visitors, our employees, agents and contractors and those in your house.
3.2 Anti-social' means causing or likely to cause alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person or causing damage to anyone's property. Harassment of a person includes causing the person alarm or distress. Conduct includes speech. A course of conduct must involve conduct on at least two occasions.
3.3 In particular, you, those living with you, and your visitors must not: • make excessive noise. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of televisions, hi-fi's, radios and musical instruments and DIY tools; • fail to control your pets properly or allow them to foul or cause damage to other people's property; • be noisy or disruptive; • use your house, or allow it to be used, for illegal or immoral purposes; • vandalise or damage our property or any part of the common parts or neighbourhood; • leave rubbish in unauthorised places; • allow your children to cause nuisance or annoyance to other people by failing to exercise reasonable control over them; • harass or assault any person in the house, or neighbourhood, for whatever reason. This includes that person's race, colour or ethnic origin, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability, age, religion or other belief, or other status; • use or carry offensive weapons; • use or sell unlawful drugs or sell alcohol.
3.4 In addition, you, those living with you, and your visitors must not do the following in an anti-social way: • run a business from your house; • park any vehicle, caravan, boat or trailer; • carry out work to any type of vehicle, caravan, boat or trailer; • use alcohol. The particular prohibitions on behaviour listed in paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 do not in any way restrict the general responsibilities contained in paragraph 3.1 above.
3.5 You will be in breach of this Agreement if you, those living with you, or your visitors do anything which is prohibited in this part of the Agreement.
3.6 If you have a complaint about nuisance, annoyance or harassment being caused by a neighbour (or anyone living with him/her or his/her visitors), you may report it to us. RESPECT FOR OTHERS. The Tenant, those living with him/her, and his/her visitors must not engage in antisocial behaviour to another person. A person includes anyone in the Let Property, a neighbour, visitor, the Landlord, Agent or contractor.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS. You agree to comply with the University Regulations and you agree to have and to show respect for other persons living and/or working in the Building at all times including (but not limited to):
17.1 Not doing anything which causes or is likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to your Neighbours;
17.2 Not doing anything which interferes with the peace, comfort, or convenience of other students and people living in the Building and locality of the Building including (but not limited to) drunken behaviour and foul and/or abusive language;
17.3 Keeping noise at a level that does not interfere with the study, sleep or comfort of our staff, contractors and your Neighbours. In particular, you agree not to make or allow any loud noise between 23.00 hours and 08.00 hours. This includes any machinery, T.Vs, stereos, CD players, loudspeakers, musical instruments, etc. You agree to reduce the level of noise to an acceptable level (at the absolute discretion of the University) immediately if asked to do so by us;
17.4 Not harassing or threatening to harass (including harassment on grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, belief, race, culture, disability or lifestyle), using violence or threatening to use violence, or verbally assaulting any person;
17.5 Not bringing into either the Accommodation, Building and/or Building Grounds any weapons or items of any description that are illegal or which we consider acting reasonably to be offensive or dangerous including (but not limited to) firearms, air-weapons, bows, knives, swords, martial arts weapons, paint-ball guns and replica, ceremonial and toy weapons;
17.6 Not working on any motor vehicles or motor cycles in the Accommodation, the Building or any of the Building Grounds;
17.7 Not allowing the Accommodation to be used for any criminal, immoral or illegal purpose including, but not limited to, possessing, selling, supplying or using illegal substances, supplying alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, storing or handling stolen goods or running a brothel. A breach of this clause is a serious breach of this Agreement and if you, someone living with you or one of your invited guests breaches this clause we may terminate this Agreement early;
17.8 Not allowing persistent use of Building facilities by non-residents (e.g. it is not intended that your guests visit daily and use Building facilities for washing and cooking);

RESPECT FOR OTHERS. The Tenant shall occupy the Let Property solely as a private dwellinghouse and shall neither do nor suffer to be done within the Let Property anything which in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord or the Agent constitutes a nuisance to neighbours. The Tenant, those living with him/her, and his/her visitors must not engage in antisocial behaviour to another person. A person includes anyone in the Let Property, a neighbour, visitor, the Landlord, Agent or contractor.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS. 12.1 The Tenant, those living with him/her, and his/her visitors must not harass or act in an antisocial manner to, or pursue a course of antisocial conduct against any person in the neighbourhood. Such people include residents, visitors, agents and contractors and those in the Tenant’s house.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS. 4.3.1 The Tenant shall show respect for other persons living and/or working in the Building at all times, including (but not limited to)
a) keeping noise at a level that does not interfere with the study, sleep or comfort of other residents, staff and neighbours. This includes TV’s, stereos, CD players, musical instruments etc., so as to cause annoyance to other tenants between the hours of 11.30pm and 8.30am the following morning. The Tenant shall reduce the level of noise if asked to do so.
b) behaving with respect and consideration towards other residents, staff, visitors and your neighbours. This includes not damaging the belongings of others, not using foul or abusive language, not taking or using other residents’ possessions without permissions and respecting the privacy of others.
c) not harassing, threatening or using violence towards any person.
d) not committing any arrestable offence, or acting in a manner which conflicts with the Landlord’s policies on drugs, offensive weapons or equal opportunities, nor in any way acting in a manner which is likely to bring the Landlord or Management Company into disrepute.
e) not bringing any fireworks or any other items which the Landlord reasonably considers to be dangerous, including (without limitation) firearms, air weapons, bows, knives, swords, martial arts weapons, and any other offensive weapons including paint ball guns and replica, ceremonial and toy weapons.
f) being responsible for Tenant’s visitors’ behaviour whilst they are in the Building. This includes being responsible for payment for any damage or losses they may cause.
g) not to congregate in groups (definition of which is at the Management Company’s discretion) within any area of the Building so as to cause annoyance or nuisance to others.
h) no more than 2 guests allowed at any one time without prior consent of the Management Company.
i) not to smoke or permit guests to smoke tobacco or any other substance within the Building or within 5 metres of any entrance to the Building. In the interest of health and safety the Landlord has adopted a no smoking policy. Any person found to be smoking or permitting visitors to smoke will be subject to a £50 charge payable on demand. This charge will also apply if evidence of the above is found.
j) not to use the television within the communal area of the Flat for the purpose of console gaming to the annoyance and detriment of other residents.

RESPECT FOR OTHERS. 3.1 You, those living with you, and your visitors, must not harass or do anything anti- social to other people in the neighbourhood. This includes your neighbours and our employees.
3.2 If you have a complaint about other people's anti-social behaviour, tell us. We will investigate and take action if appropriate.
3.3 We will not discriminate unfairly against you in any way. We have a complaints procedure if you think we have acted wrongly or unfairly.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS. You agree to show respect, at all times, for all persons living or working in the Residence and not to cause or do anything that is likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to them. You must not use violence or threaten to use violence, verbally assault or harass or threaten to harass (including harassment on grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, belief, race, culture, disability or lifestyle) any person. You must not bring into the Room or any part of the Campus or Residence any weapons, illegal items or items which UCD considers offensive or dangerous (which may include replica, ceremonial or toy weapons, knives, martial arts weapons or air weapons) or allow the Room to be used for any criminal, immoral or illegal purpose including (but not limited to) selling, supplying or using illegal substances, storing or handling stolen goods or prostitution. You must not engage in any form of anti-social or reckless behaviour in the Room or any part of the Communal Areas and shall indemnify UCD against any claims made by any agent or employee of UCD or visitor arising out of any breach of the permitted use of the Room. You must not to hold parties in the Room or in or on any part of the Residence save with the express permission of UCD Residence Management. You must keep noise at a level that does not interfere with the study, sleep or comfort of persons living or working in the Residence and not to play musical instruments or radios, televisions or other sound-producing apparatus in such a manner as to cause distraction or nuisance to other occupiers of the Residence and in particular between the hours of 11.30 p.m. and 7.30 am or such other times as UCD notifies. You must not keep a dog, cat, reptile, insect, pet, fish or other animal at the Room or the Residence save for a registered Service Dog (see definition above) as provided for in the next paragraph. Students with a disability or a certified condition, who wish to live in UCD Residences accompanied by a Service Dog, should contact UCD Access & Lifelong Learning with as much advance notice as possible. When a suitable room is available, UCD will permit students with a disability to keep a registered Service Dog with them at their Room and Residence subject to their registration with UCD Access & Lifelong Learning for Disability Support. RESPECT FOR OTHERS. 9.1 The Tenant shall not cause nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to others. Without in any way limiting that general obligation, the Tenant shall:
9.1.1 not threaten, harass, bully, abuse or use violence towards any person;
9.1.2 not make any noise from inside the Room that is audible outside the Room, or noise in the Common Parts of a Flat that is audible outside those Common Parts, between the hours of 11.30pm and 8.30am, and at other times not to make noise of any kind that is likely to interfere with the study, sleep or comfort of other residents of the Building, people working in the Building and people living near the Building;
9.1.3 not take anything that belongs to someone else, or use anything belonging to another (except for the Contents) without the owner’s permission;
9.1.4 respect the privacy of others;
9.1.5 not congregate in large groups in a way that obstructs the Common Parts or creates high levels of noise;
9.1.6 fairly share access to facilities and amenities in the Building with others entitled to use them;
9.1.7 not distribute leaflets, flyers or similar in the Building;
9.1.8 not try to sell anything in the Building;
9.1.9 treat others with courtesy and consideration.
9.2 The Tenant shall comply with applicable laws so as not to adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others in the Building or bring the Landlord or Management Company into disrepute. Without in any way limiting that general obligation, the Tenant shall:
9.2.1 not have at the Building any unlawful drug or psychoactive substance;
9.2.2 not bring any weapon (even if licensed, ceremonial, a toy or a replica), or anything intended to be used as a weapon, to the Building.
9.3 The Tenant shall take responsibility for visitors that the Tenant invites to the Building. Without limiting that general obligation, the Tenant shall:
9.3.1 be liable to pay Damages for any losses suffered or expenses incurred by the Landlord or the Management Company as a result of any act or neglect by the visitor;
9.3.2 not invite more than 2 guests to be at the Building at any one time without first obtaining the Management Company’s written consent (which shall be in the Management Company’s discretion, having regard to the number of visitors already in the Building and the previous conduct of the Tenant and his visitors);
9.3.3 make sure the Tenant’s visitors behave in a way that is consistent with these standard terms and conditions, whilst at the Building;
