Common use of Leases; Warehouse Agreements Clause in Contracts

Leases; Warehouse Agreements. Provide FINOVA with (i) copies of all agreements between Borrower and any landlord, warehouseman or bailee which owns any premises at which any Collateral may, from time to time, be located (whether for processing, storage or otherwise), and (ii) without limiting the landlord, bailee and/or mortgagee waivers to be provided pursuant to Section 4.1(j) hereof, additional landlord, bailee and/or mortgagee waivers in form acceptable to FINOVA with respect to all locations where any Collateral is hereafter located;
