Leasehold Agreements. Administrative Agent shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements satisfactory to Administrative Agent with respect to all premises leased by Borrowers at which Inventory and books and records are located other than any such agreements as cannot be obtained after the exercise of commercially reasonable efforts;
Leasehold Agreements. Agent shall have received landlord's lien waivers in favor of Agent and the Lenders in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 7.11 with respect to each Real Property leased by a Borrower or by Guarantor set forth on Schedule 8.1;
