A leasing and management agreement prepared by Buyer's counsel in form acceptable to Seller (the "Leasing and Management Agreement") duly executed by Buyer and Commonwealth Management Group, Ltd., pursuant to which Commonwealth Management Group, Ltd. shall lease and manage the Property on the terms and conditions more fully set forth therein.
