Common use of Leasing Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Leasing Arrangements. Seller will not enter into any Lease, or amend, terminate, waive any default under, grant concessions regarding, or incur any obligation for leasing commissions or otherwise in connection with any Lease without Purchaser's prior written consent in each instance.
