Leasing of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. Seller shall use reasonable efforts to renew or extend on a month-to-month basis, any lease relating to Furniture, Fixtures or Equipment, that is currently in effect but that would otherwise expire on or prior to the Closing Date and will promptly notify Purchaser if it is unable to do so.
