Leasing Project Property to Another Party. If the Non-State Recipient leases any Project property to another party, the Non-State Recipient agrees to retain ownership of the leased Project property, and assure that the lessee will use the Project property appropriately, either through a written lease between the Non-State Recipient and lessee, or another similar document. Upon request by FMCSA, the Non-State Recipient agrees to provide a copy of any relevant documents.
