Leave: Cumulative and Non-Cumulative. a. All certificated staff shall be granted ten (10) days Leave-of- Absence (LOA) per year. A maximum of forty-five (45) LOA days can be accumulated. Accumulated LOA days may only be used for reasons relating to an employee or employees’ immediate family, birth/adoption of child, illness, accident, or other family emergency.
