LEAVE FOR LOCAL NEGOTIATIONS. A.30.1 Release time with pay up to a maximum of four (4) days at the regular rate of pay will be provided for up to three (3) of the five (5) members of the Union bargaining committee to conduct contract negotiations. Such leave with pay will apply on alternate days of bargaining and unpaid leave to attend bargaining will apply on all other bargaining dates.
