Leave Subleased Premises in Good Condition. The Subtenant will, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, or upon the removal of any moveable goods and chattels and tenant’s fixtures from the Subleased Premises, all as applicable, pursuant to this Article 20, whichever is later, leave the Subleased Premises in good and substantial repair, in a neat, clean and tidy condition and free from all waste and debris to the reasonable satisfaction of the Sublandlord.
