LEAVING THE PROPERTY EMPTY. 3.12.1 To notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent before leaving the Property vacant for any continuous period of 21 days or more during the Tenancy. 3.12.2 To comply with any unusual conditions set out in the Landlord’s policy of insurance relating to empty property, a copy of the relevant policy and schedule of insurance having been provided to the Tenant. This provision shall apply whether or not, the Landlord has been or should have been notified of the absence.
