Obligations of the Tenant. The following clauses set out what is expected of the Tenant during the Tenancy in addition to the main terms of the Tenancy Agreement. If any of these terms are broken, the Landlord may be entitled to deduct monies from the Deposit, as set out in the Agreement, claim damages from the Tenant, or seek the court’s permission to have the Tenant evicted from the Property because of the breach.

Obligations of the Tenant. Tenant shall be obligated as follows, and shall ensure that Tenant’s household members, visitors and guests obey the following: a. Not to assign the Lease Agreement or to sublease or transfer possession of the premises. b. Not to provide accommodations for boarders or lodgers. c. To use the premises solely as a private dwelling for Tenant and Tenant’s household as identified in the Lease Agreement, and not to use or permit its use for any other purposes. With the written consent of the Landlord, obtained in advance, members of the household may engage in legal business and other activities in the dwelling Unit, where the Landlord determines that such activities are incidental to primary use of the leased Unit for residence by members of the household. d. To abide by necessary regulations issued by the Landlord for the benefit and well-being of the housing project and the tenants. Said regulations shall be posted by Landlord in the Management Office and are incorporated by reference in this Lease Agreement. All rules and regulations adopted by the Landlord shall be subject to a formal review and comment period by the residents as required by 24 CFR 966.5. e. To comply with all obligations imposed upon tenants by applicable provisions of state law and of building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety. f. To keep the Unit, adjacent grounds and other such areas as may be assigned to Tenant’s exclusive use in a clean, orderly and safe condition (but not to make repairs, alterations or redecoration without the Landlord’s written consent or unless or until the Landlord has failed to make the necessary repair in a timely manner after notification.) g. To refrain from making inoperable any smoke detectors installed in the premises. h. To dispose of all garbage, rubbish, and other waste from the premises in a sanitary and safe manner. i. To use only as intended all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other devices and appurtenances including elevators. j. To refrain from destroying, defacing, damaging or removing any part of the premises or project. k. To conduct himself/herself and cause other persons who are on the premises with his/her consent (whether or not the Tenant is aware of the conduct of such persons) to conduct themselves in a manner which will not disturb his neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations and will be conducive to maintaining the project in a decent, safe and sanitary cond...

Obligations of the Tenant. The Tenant shall in respect of each Depot at which it receives the provision of the Services: 4.4.1. install the additive injection system/s at the Depot at its cost and follow a formal handover procedure; 4.4.2. ensure that all drivers and vehicles, either employed by the Tenant, its agents, sub-contractors or distributors, comply with and are trained in the Host's safe working procedures and safe loading requirements applicable at the Depot concerned, as notified in writing by the Host to the Tenant from time to time; 4.4.3. ensure the safety and health of its employees utilizing the Depot and protection of the environment, including compliance with the statutory requirements imposed by, but not limited to, the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993; the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act No. 15 of 1973, the Environmental Conservation Act No. 73 of 1989, the National Environmental Management Act No. 107 of 1998, and all other applicable legislation, by-laws and regulations; 4.4.4. ensure that all of its vehicles and those of its agents, contractors and distributors together with the associated equipment meet all legislative requirements and the HSSE standards of the Host; 4.4.5. ensure that all drivers and vehicles, either employed by the Tenant, its agents, contractors or distributors are trained in accordance with the Host’s HSSE standards; 4.4.6. attend monthly safety meetings and participate in emergency drills; and 4.4.7. ensure that vehicle, compartmentation changes on its TAS (Terminal Automation Systems) system are only made by its staff using the centralized data application process within [•] and that no changes to data are made without the approval of this channel Central scheduling TAS administration.

Obligations of the Tenant. The Tenant is bound by the following main obligations: To take the Premises in the state in which they will be when the keys are handed over and as described in the inventory of fixtures, with the furniture, equipment, materials and objects furnishing them as described in the inventory; To pay the rent and charges according to the agreed schedule; To use the premises peacefully according to the contractual destination; To be liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the Lease in the Premises of which he has exclusive use, unless he proves that such damage or loss occurred due to a case of force majeure, through the fault of the Lessor or through the actions of a third party that he did not bring into the premises; To use the furniture, equipment, materials and objects furnishing the premises, according to the use for which they are intended, and to leave them where they are. He formally refrains from transporting them out of the rented premises. It is specified that the furniture, equipment, materials and objects shall only su"er depreciation resulting from the normal use for which they are intended. Furniture, equipment, materials and objects that are missing or deteriorated or have been taken out of service for a reason other than normal wear and tear shall either be replaced identically with the Landlord's consent or paid for at the same replacement price. Not to modify the Premises or the layout of the furniture in any way; To refrain from throwing objects or substances into the drains that may obstruct them. The Tenant shall be liable for the costs incurred in repairing and restoring these pipes; To allow work to be carried out in the Premises which becomes urgent and necessary during the course of the rental period, without being able to claim any compensation; Not to sublet or assign its rights under this agreement without the express written consent of the Lessor, on pain of termination; To occupy the Premises and to behave as a good father. He may not store any furniture on the Premises. He shall not cause any disturbance to the neighbourhood; Not to have the Premises occupied by more than the maximum number of persons indicated; To inform the Landlord without delay of any malfunction or deterioration, whatever the cause.
Obligations of the Tenant. Each Tenant shall keep their lot(s) neat and clean. All lawns are to be mowed and trimmed, leaves to be raked and picked up minimally on a weekly bases and as needed. Each Tenant shall keep their unit neat, and in good appearance and condition. If a Tenant does not comply with any of the foregoing, CLMHP will perform such tasks and bill Tenant at the rate of $60.00 per hour. Any amount billed to the Tenant shall be additional rent due and payable no later than the next monthly installment of rent. The Tenant will not be notified once in writing prior to CLMHP performing this work. Boundaries of each Tenant’s lot will be set by CLMHP, and may be subject to change.
Obligations of the Tenant. Tenant agrees to take reasonable steps to control and care for their animal at all time. They further agree to prevent and report any signs of animal damage within two days. Notification shall constitute Tenant's permission for the Landlord to enter the unit to inspect. Tenant agrees to keep the home in a clean and debris free condition and to remove all feces in a timely manner. Tenant agrees to pay for any treatments to the home (including carpet cleaning, tick or flea remediation) that are required as a result of their pet living on the premises. Tenant is fully liable for all behaviors of their animal and may be evicted as a result of any activity involving their animal. Tenant agrees to contain the animal while the Landlord or its agents are on the premises for any work that needs to be completed on the premises, when the property is being shown, or for any other reason that permits the Landlord access to the premises pursuant to ARS 33-1343. Tenant agrees to comply with all state, city, federal or other governmental entity rules, laws or regulations that govern animals including but not limited to registration, licensing, limitation on type or number of animals allowed in these premises. Tenant agrees to keep all animals, other than dogs and cats, in appropriate cages at all times.
