In case the number of RTC's working in any office is reduced, the RTC's who have bid in temporary positions and/or junior RTC's will, in the order named first be dispensed with and the RTC's (including Swing RTC) remaining in such office shall, according to seniority, take their choice of the remaining positions. The number of RTC's will not be reduced without at least two weeks' notice. There shall be no adjustment as between the permanent RTC's in any office except when a permanent position in that office is abolished. Any established RTC in the office displaced under the provisions of this paragraph will be entitled to any spare work as RTC there may be in that office at the time of displacement, and if no spare work is available as RTC he/she will be entitled to bid in a C.S.S.A.'s position when bulletined without loss of seniority as RTC.
