Common use of Legacy Countries Clause in Contracts

Legacy Countries. With respect to each Legacy Country, the Company shall not assume the legacy warranties with respect to any Medium Duty Trucks, Heavy Duty Trucks or replacement parts therefor sold in such country by any Person other than the Company or one of its direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiaries prior to the Legacy Country Commencement Date with respect to such country.
