LEGAL AND OTHER CHARGES. To pay on demand to the Landlord from time to time all solicitors, surveyors and other charges incurred by the Landlord in or in contemplation of any application to the Landlord for any consent pursuant to these covenants and of any notice or proceedings under S14 of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Xxx 0000 by the Landlord notwithstanding that forfeiture shall be avoided otherwise than by relief granted by the Court and of the preparation and service of any schedule of dilapidations served during or after the determination of the term and to keep the Landlord fully indemnified.
