Legal and Prior Rights. All rights and remedies of the Parties mentioned herein shall be in addition to all other legal rights and remedies belonging to such Parties and the same shall be deemed to be cumulative and not alternative to such legal rights and remedies aforesaid and it is hereby expressly agreed and declared by and between the Parties, that the determination of this Agreement for any cause whatsoever shall be without prejudice to any and all rights and claims of any Party, which shall or may have accrued prior thereto.
