Legal and Public Assignment or Transfer of Contract. 1. In carrying out the provisions of this contract or in exercising or claiming to exercise any official power or authority, neither the Commissioners of the Commission nor any of its officers or employees shall have or incur any personal liability nor shall any claim of personal liability be asserted against any of them by the Consultant or its agents or employees.
