Common use of Legal Assurance Clause in Contracts

Legal Assurance. As an added value of certain Services provided under this Agreement, Liferay provides certain legal assurances to its Customer, such as protection in case of third party intellectual property infringement claims. The terms and conditions of these assurances (if any) are set forth in the Appendices that augment this Agreement and that are incorporated by reference in an applicable Order Form.
