Legal Costs Each Party shall bear its own legal expenses involved in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement.
Attorneys’ Fees, Costs and Expenses In any action or proceeding between Borrower and Bank arising out of or relating to the Loan Documents, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses incurred, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled.
Attorney Fees, Costs and Expenses The Company shall promptly reimburse Employee, on a monthly basis, for the reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Employee in connection with any action brought by Employee to enforce his rights hereunder, regardless of the outcome of the action.

Fees, Costs and Expenses All fees, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred by any party hereto in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the exhibits and schedules hereto and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of such party. Additional Costs, Etc If any present or future applicable law, which expression, as used herein, includes statutes, rules and regulations thereunder and interpretations thereof by any competent court or by any governmental or other regulatory body or official charged with the administration or the interpretation thereof and requests, directives, instructions and notices at any time or from time to time hereafter made upon or otherwise issued to any Bank or the Agent by any central bank or other fiscal, monetary or other authority (whether or not having the force of law), shall:
Costs of negotiation, preparation etc The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent on its demand the amount of all expenses incurred by the Agent or the Security Trustee in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution or registration of any Finance Document or any related document or with any transaction contemplated by a Finance Document or a related document.
Attorneys' Fees; Expenses Borrower agrees to pay upon demand all of Lender's costs and expenses, including Lender's attorneys' fees and Lender's legal expenses, incurred in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement. Lender may hire or pay someone else to help enforce this Agreement, and Borrower shall pay the costs and expenses of such enforcement. Costs and expenses include Lender's attorneys' fees and legal expenses whether or not there is a lawsuit, including attorneys' fees and legal expenses for bankruptcy proceedings (including efforts to modify or vacate any automatic stay or injunction), appeals, and any anticipated post-judgment collection services. Borrower also shall pay all court costs and such additional fees as may be directed by the court.
Professional Fees and Costs If either Landlord or Tenant should bring suit against the other with respect to this Lease, then all costs and expenses, including without limitation, actual professional fees and costs such as appraisers', accountants' and attorneys' fees and costs, incurred by the party which prevails in such action, whether by final judgment or out of court settlement, shall be paid by the other party, which obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgment. As used herein, attorneys' fees and costs shall include, without limitation, attorneys' fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any (i) postjudgment motions; (ii) contempt proceedings; (iii) garnishment, levy, and debtor and third party examination; (iv) discovery; and (v) bankruptcy litigation.
