Political Subdivision shall be responsible for the preparation, adoption, and publication of all required election orders, resolutions, notices, and any other pertinent documents required by the Texas Election Code and/or Political Subdivision’s governing body, charter, or ordinances. Preparation of the necessary materials for notices and the official ballot shall be the responsibility of Political Subdivision, including translation to languages other than English. Political Subdivision shall provide a copy of their respective election orders and notices to the Elections Administrator.
