Common use of Legal Fee Clause in Contracts

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $7,500 (“Legal Fees”) as reimbursement for services rendered to certain of the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants (the “Offering”) and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $7,500 5,000 (“Legal Fees”"LEGAL FEES") as reimbursement for services rendered to certain of the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock Notes and the Warrants (the “Offering”"OFFERING") and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & ---------- Xxxxxxx, P.C., counsel to the Subscriber a fee of $7,500 12,500 (“"Legal Fees”") as reimbursement for services rendered to certain of the Subscribers Subscriber in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants Company Shares (the “"Offering”") and acting as Escrow Agent escrow agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the a funds escrow agreement ("Escrow Agreement") to be entered into by the Company, Subscriber and Escrow Agent in connection with the Offering.

The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

The Legal Fees will be payable out of the funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., ---------- counsel to the Subscriber a fee of $7,500 25,000 (“"Legal Fees”") as reimbursement for services rendered to certain of the Subscribers Subscriber in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants Securities (the “"Offering”") and acting as Escrow Agent escrow agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the a funds escrow agreement ("Escrow Agreement") to be entered into by the Company, Subscriber and Escrow Agent in connection with the Offering.
