Common use of Legal Fee Clause in Contracts

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $10,000 (“Legal Fees”) (of which $5,000 has previously been paid) as reimbursement for services rendered to Alpha Capital Aktiengesellschaft in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants (the “Offering”) and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $10,000 5,000 (“Legal Fees”) (of which $5,000 has previously been paid"LEGAL FEES") as reimbursement for services rendered to Alpha Capital Aktiengesellschaft in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock Notes and the Warrants (the “Offering”"OFFERING") and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & XxxxxxxMxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $10,000 5,000 (“Legal Fees”) (of which $5,000 has previously been paid) as reimbursement for services rendered to Alpha Capital Aktiengesellschaft the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants Notes (the “Offering”) and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of the funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $10,000 7,500 (“Legal Fees”) (of which $5,000 has previously been paid) as reimbursement for services rendered to Alpha Capital Aktiengesellschaft certain of the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the shares of Common Stock and the Warrants (the “Offering”) and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
