Legal Fees and Expenses. The Bank shall pay all legal fees and expenses which the Executive may incur as a result of the Bank's contesting the validity, enforceability or the Executive's interpretation of, or determinations, under, this Agreement if the Executive prevails in any such contest or proceeding.
