Legal Guarantees. (a) The Company’s and its Affiliates’ capital, property and assets shall not be expropriated except for public purposes or interest, and only in accordance with due process of law on a non-discriminatory basis, and with the condition of prompt, adequate and effective compensation according to Applicable Law.
