A., company for shares incorporated in Federative Republic of Brazil, with head office in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Avenida Xxxxxx Xxxxx, nº 0600, Jacarepaguá, enrolled with CNPJ/ME under the No. 06.057.223/0001-71, herein represented by its legal representatives under its Bylaws (“Sendas”). CBD and Sendas are hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties”, and individually and indistinctly as “Party”.

A., a corporation, with principal place of business in the City of São João de Meriti, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, No. 286, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, CEP 25565-330, enrolled with the CNPJ/MF under No. 06.057.223/0001-71, hereinafter simply referred to as “Sendas”; CBD, VVar, Cnova, and Sendas are jointly referred to as “Parties”, and, individually and indistinctly, as “Party”;

A., a joint stock company with its principal place of business in the City of São João de Meriti, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rodovia Presidente Xxxxx Xx. 0000 – part occupancy, enrolled with the National Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Finance under CNPJ/MF No. 06.057.223/0001 -71, herein duly represented pursuant to its By-laws (hereinafter referred to as “Company”);
Sendas Distribuidora S. A., a corporation with its principal place of business located at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 286 - part, City of São João de Meriti, State of Rio de Janeiro, enrolled with the CNPJ/MF under No. 06.057.223/0001-71, hereinafter referred to as “LESSEE” or “ASSAI”. LESSOR and LESSEE, which are hereinafter referred to individually as “PARTY” and jointly as “PARTIES”, have agreed to enter into this Equipment Lease AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) in accordance with the following assumptions and considerations:

A., a closely held corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 286 – parte, City of São João de Meriti, State of Rio de Janeiro, registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 06.057.223/0001 -71. hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT” or “ASSAÍ”. GY BRASIL and CLIENT hereinafter referred to individually as “PARTY” and collectively as “PARTIES”.
