Legal Liabilities and Covenant Against Suit. The Academy acknowledges and agrees that it has no authority to extend the full faith and credit of the College Board, the College or any other authorizing body, or to enter into a contract that would bind the College Board or the College. The Academy is also limited in its authority to contract by the amount of funds obtained from the state school aid fund, as provided hereunder, or from other independent sources. The Academy hereby agrees and covenants not to sue the College Board, the College, or any of its Regents, officers, employees, agents or representatives for any matters that arise under this Contract. The College Board and the College do not assume any obligation with respect to any Director, employee, agent, parent, guardian, student, or independent contractor of the Academy, and no such person shall have the right or standing to bring suit against the College Board or the College, or any of its Regents, employees, agents, or independent contractors as a result of the issuing, overseeing, suspending, terminating or revoking of this Contract, or as a result of not issuing a new Contract at the end of the term of this Contract.
