Common use of Legal Name, Location Clause in Contracts

Legal Name, Location. Its sole jurisdiction of organization is the State of Delaware and such jurisdiction has not changed within four months prior to the date of this Agreement. Its principal place of business and chief executive office and its federal employer identification number and Delaware organizational identification number is set forth on Schedule III hereto. It has not, and has not used at any time during the past five years, any prior legal names, trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names except as set forth on Schedule III hereto.
